The stories we tell ourselves or we allow others to tell us about ourselves makes a huge difference in the direction we choose take our life and the type of people we invest in.
Your self-talk matters!
How you think and feel about yourself matters.
Humans have the innate ability to turn their thoughts and words into actions. If you have negative self-talk, a negative self-image, then how do you imagine your life will be? If you have positive self-talk, a positive image, how would your life be different?
Pay attention to the different thoughts you have throughout the day or week. Write them down so you can begin to see the pattern of your self-talk. It should only take a few minutes out of your day.
