I wanted to take a moment to say welcome to my blog!  Fittingly titled I think, thoughtful stroll.  I am so excited to finally have a place to write down the different things that cross my mind throughout the days and passing weeks.  I am one of those people who live in their mind, always thinking, always mulling over something.  For me not to be thinking, I have to be heavily engaged in an activity that I truly enjoy and which requires focus, such as photography or working with horses.

I do not expect to have one common theme for this blog.  You may find my photographs, favorite quotes, poetry, book recommendations, and my musings on a variety of topics. I am currently in grad school studying to become a counselor, so it is highly likely that a lot of my posts will pertain to what I am learning and reading about.

I hope you will come along with me on my thoughtful strolls.  If you have comments please feel free to post them.  If you have questions, I will do my best to reply in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that I am not an expert nor a professional as of yet!  I am in training and have a lot to learn.  If I quote or paraphrase something, I will be sure to post the author so that you know where it came from, in case you want to do more research on the subject on your own.

I will try to put up an email address shortly so that you have a way to contact me privately.
